What is the minimum stay period?
You can stay for as little or as long as you like. However, the minimum payment term is one month.

How often can I access my truck, and is there a charge?
You have unlimited 24/7 access, every day of the year — at no extra cost.

How do I pay for my truck parking?
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, or cash for your initial payment. After that, payments are made via direct debit from your nominated account.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, we’ll email you an invoice before your account due date.

Are there any additional fees?
A $200 bond is charged for each truck parked.

Is the facility secure?
Yes — our site is fully fenced, floodlit, and includes roaming security patrols for your peace of mind.

Who can access my truck?
Only those you have authorised may access your parked vehicle.

What if I want to vacate my space?
Simply provide seven days’ notice, or pay the equivalent of seven days’ parking instead.

Is there someone on-site if I need help?
Absolutely! Our office is available by arrangement to assist with any queries.
